ADECCO Swansea are looking for a

Production Operative for their client in the

Ammanford area.

Immediate start


The Role:


  • Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery.
  • Operating production line equipment.
  • Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw materials into production machinery.
  • Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.
  • Using lifting equipment.
  • Ensuring good "5S" standards throughout the manufacturing area
  • Work within ISO guidelines
  • Proven practical abilities including basic workshop skills
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • A good understanding of mechanical systems and devices and an appreciation of electrical interactions.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • To be able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or handheld device
  • To be flexible and open to change

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum level of education and experience required for acceptable job performance.

  • GCSEs, including English and maths, or equivalent.
  • Full forklift truck licence essential.

Full time Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm/ 8am - 4pm weekly rotational shift pattern.

Rates of pay:
£22-23k per annum.
