    Job Description – IT Trainer

    We are looking for a high-quality IT Trainer to join our People & Change team on a 24-month fixed term contract.

    As part of the Business Transformation Programme we will be responsible for the training needs, for the implementation of a suite of Oracle products that will result in significant change – both in the systems we use and the processes around them.

    In order to deliver the programme we will need to conduct training across every business function. This role will help us conduct training needs analysts and build training material. We will deliver training as we deploy each of the solutions in turn.

    As Information Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for training needs analysis, developing our training programme and delivering the training alongside other trainers and external providers.

    You will also be part of the team embedding the change from the transformation programme.

    Understanding end-user requirements to conduct learning needs analysis for each application, through working with business stakeholders and the programme team
    Build our training plan to deliver process and system training to end-users across the business
    Design and development of training material alongside affiliate businesses and third parties
    Manage the delivery of training to end-users
    Deliver end-user training alongside SMEs with the support of the programme team
    Ensure post-implementation usage is embedded and effective in line with expectations, taking appropriate action to provide additional support where required

    Proven experience in conducting learning needs analysis
    Delivered end-user systems training
    Developed training materials
    Worked as part of a project team
    High IT literacy, particularly in Word and PowerPoint
    Experience of using / providing training on ERP or HRIS workplace systems
    Use of authorising tools to create digital learning

    Salary between £33,183 - £38,329 + £3,000 retention bonus payable annually
    ~25 days annual leave plus bank holiday
