Description
We're looking for a Quality Assured Advisor to work within our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration team.

Location:
Basingstoke, office based role
Contract:
Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, various shifts between 8am and 6pm
Responsibilities
As a Quality Assured Advisor you will support the operational and office-based teams working on our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contracts
Your day to day will include:
- Completing of all work orders and chasing any outstanding paperwork for all open jobs
- Checking subcontractor paperwork and making sure all correct information is shown
- Ensuring returns from QS and Quotes are checked and corrected
- MOJ and Home Office inbox monitoring for closure paperwork
- Achieving individual performance targets and supporting the team/department in achieving broader performance goals
Who are we looking for?
This role of Quality Assured Advisor is great for you if:
- Demonstratable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Excellent telephone manner with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
