We're looking for a Quality Assured Advisor to work within our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration team.

Location:
Basingstoke, office based role

Contract:
Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, various shifts between 8am and 6pm

Responsibilities
As a Quality Assured Advisor you will support the operational and office-based teams working on our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contracts

Your day to day will include:

Completing of all work orders and chasing any outstanding paperwork for all open jobs
Checking subcontractor paperwork and making sure all correct information is shown
Ensuring returns from QS and Quotes are checked and corrected
MOJ and Home Office inbox monitoring for closure paperwork
Achieving individual performance targets and supporting the team/department in achieving broader performance goals

Who are we looking for?
This role of Quality Assured Advisor is great for you if:

Demonstratable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
Excellent telephone manner with accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
