The successful candidate will play a crucial role as a 360 Recruitment Consultant and have responsibilities for the end to end recruitment process.

Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects through research, networking, and cold-calling.
Achieve recruitment lead generation targets and objectives set by the business.
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to candidate placement.
Manage multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of recruitment services.
Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the status of their recruitment processes.

Proven track record in a similar role, specifically within a tech recruitment domain.
~5 years + experience in a similar recruitment role.
~ Knowledge of the software engineering industry (desirable but not essential).
~ Flexible approach with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and business needs.
