As part of their ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Lawyer to join their dynamic Clinical Negligence team.

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to contribute to the success of our clients expanding clinical negligence department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, handling a variety of clinical negligence cases and contributing to the firms ambitious growth plans.

    Requirements

    • Case Management: Handle a caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution, ensuring high-quality service to clients.
    • Legal Research: Conduct legal research and stay abreast of developments in clinical negligence law to provide informed and up-to-date advice.
    • Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing any concerns.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with senior lawyers and partners within the clinical negligence department, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
    • Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
    • Court Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
