Here at Simpson Judge we are proud to be assisting one of our Planning Law specialist clients in their search for a new team member has a keen interest in Planning Law and ideally prior exposure to this area of law, whether it be from a private practice or local authority.

If you have prior hands on experience or exposure to working on planning matters ranging from being a Assistant to 4 year PQE Solicitor/Executive then be sure to read on.

In this position you will be joining a small specialist team that can either become your home for the foreseeable or gain the valuable experience that can see you move on in the future and join a leading firm in the city.

Some of the matters you will be working on if successful include but are not limited to:

Planning agreements, Community infrastructure levy ,Permitted development, Heritage, Highways, Compulsory acquisition, Environmental assessment, Appeals, Public inquiries, Enforcement, Judicial review, Planning and restrictive covenant insurance, Village greens, Rights of light and much more.
