Description

The successful HR Lead will be responsible for:

Leading the delivery of a high quality HR function; ensuring HR team are delivering suitable coaching & support
Overseeing and continuously reviewing selection processes & tools to reflect good practice and proactiveness
Supporting a culture of continuous development and learning
Ongoing reviews of pay and reward and getting involved in project work
Leading a team of 4

Profile

The successful HR Lead must have:

Experience in delivering and leading HR strategy
Strong relationship management skills
Experience of managing and delivering a team would be beneficial
Evidence of continuous professional development; a role model to the team.
