Are you looking for a new challenge where you can make a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people aged 10-16 not attending school? To assist them to engage in education or training, access support from appropriate services and ultimately achieve and maintain their independence in the community.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to join Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust (SABP) in the newly transformed Reaching Out service as part of the Assertive Engagement Pathway.

Reaching Out service focuses on engaging and supporting the most isolated and vulnerable children and young people through a multi-agency network.


We are looking for a clinician who is creative, highly motivated, shows initiative and is passionate and committed for ensuring high quality services for people with mental health needs.

There is 1 full-time post covering the county of Surrey with SABP bases across the county.
