    Full Time – Mon-Fri 9am-5.The Hearing Clinic is an independent, entrepreneurial, retail audiology firm that has experienced double-digit growth in the last few years.

    Well, firstly, we are embarking on the next, ambitious phase of our growth strategy, in which we'll expand from a £3M a year business to a £10M-£15M business over the next five years.

    Thirdly, unlike many high street brands, we put the patient experience at the heart of what we do, offering everyone who passes through our doors the time they need to get the results they want; And fourthly, we have an in-house training academy, where we upskill all our staff, including, if necessary, the training required to offer paediatric audiologist services.

    Your role will be to guide your patients through the full audiology care journey; from identification and diagnosis of hearing loss, treatment of hearing difficulties, ear wax removal, irrigation, manual extraction, referring to appropriate medical specialists as required, the creation of hearing packages and their accompanying reports, as well as assessment and reporting for medical legal purposes.

    Ideally, you'll have several years' experience with another commercial provider, with demonstrable, or latent, sales skills.
