Job Title: Training Manager (Interim)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Leicester, LE4

Salary: £32, £35,000.00

At Driving Talent, we live to provide excellent Training to our clients – we specialise in HGV Class 1 and Class 2 vocational licences, Driver CPC training and Module 4 practical test training.

We are looking for an interim training manager who can meet the challenge of expanding our training provision portfolio and help our business go from strength to strength.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services on a continual basis.
• Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our product / system training according to customer needs and objectives.
• Establish efficient ways of working and managing end to end delivery of training.
• Understand clients' needs and requirements, formulate plans and oversee implementation accordingly.
• Act as a key contact and efficiently manage clients' accounts
• Identify any account development opportunities within existing clients
• Manage training content; develop efficient & effective training methods on a regular basis.
• Liaise with the sales, training and customer support teams to ensure that training is delivered within the agreed SLA's.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and development
• Financial and KPI reporting to Managing Director

• Held a leadership role in the training industry for at least 1 year
• Financial planning and reporting
• Staff performance management
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in sales
• Class 1 licence to train useful but not essential
