- Handle general legal queries covering areas such as employment, data protection, corporate, commercial, disputes, and debt recovery.
- Collaborate with other teams on projects, incidents, disputes, and complaints.
- Contribute to internal legal initiatives and support Legal Operations Lead.
- Work closely with the Risk and Compliance team.
- Maintain legal template contracts and documents with Partners and customers.
- Hybrid working model, with occasional collaborative days in the Leatherhead headquarters.

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Counsel to join our 4-person strong In-house Legal department.
This role is crucial as you will work closely with the Head of Legal & Company Secretariat and Senior Legal Counsel on various legal issues and strategic projects.
As Legal Counsel, you will offer high-quality legal advice, help with new market entries, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

We are seeking a driven Legal Counsel with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to commercial legal matters and contracts.
