talented Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and make a real difference.


As a
Primary Teaching Assistant, you will primarily be supporting a child in Reception who has
Special Educational Needs (SEN) and an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Your role will involve providing one-to-one support or assisting in a class setting alongside another Teaching Assistant.

Your excellent
communication, organisation, and people skills will be crucial in helping the child reach their full potential.

Graduates in Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology: This position is well-suited to graduates who have taken an interest in child-focused modules during their studies. Your knowledge and understanding of child development and behaviour will be invaluable in this role.

Excellent Communication, Organisation, and People Skills: We value effective communication and strong organisational abilities. You will be working closely with the child, their parents, teachers, and other professionals, so being able to build positive relationships is essential.

Passion for Education: While prior experience is not necessary, a genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners are crucial qualities we are seeking.
