    We are seeking Administrative Services Assistants for a 6-month contract to work with our client, a Global Banking & Markets, Investment Banking leader, and an employer of choice for all career levels by providing a highly dynamic, meritocratic, diverse, and rewarding workplace.

    This would suit someone with several years' of experience working as an Assistant with knowledge of diary management, travel booking, and logistics management. This is a fast-paced role, so experience in a similar environment is an advantage.

    Role:

    • Diary and calendar management at MD and VP level Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
    • Managing a high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
    • Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations Coordinating travel arrangements for the team

    Experience:

    • Excellent Outlook skills a necessity with a proactive attitude when managing diaries and logistics Able to manage competing time-sensitive priorities with strong judgment
    • Dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
    • Consistent, professional communication skills in person, on phone, via Zoom and by email at various levels
    • Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels, internally and externally
    • Must be a team player and work well under pressure within a changing environment
    • Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
