This is a NEW ROLEand an exciting new opportunity for a
Contract Hire Sales Executive to join an International organisation.

**PURPOSE SUMMARY: **Initially to support 'testing' of new IT environment to achieve 'ready status' for go live to market.
Provide input on functionality by collaborating with the project team keeping a market ready functioning system front of mind.
Quickly grow the role into functioning and volume generating new business sales executive role. Able to understand client need and translating prospect enquiries into secured orders.

Role requires a successful and experienced vehicle leasing Sales Executive with the appetite, strength and ability to maximise the order pipeline.

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: ..**To help test and have input on the new IT system, collaborating with the project team to contribute a robust solution and maintaining a continuous improvement ethos

Be part of the team setting up and implementing a new system that will enable the business to take a new lease company to market


Manage all leads, make contact with customers and complete initial dialogue and fact find

Have an effective 'follow up' and 'follow through' to conclusion process for all enquires

Convert vehicle enquiries into contract hire orders to achieve company targets

Liaise with dealers as appropriate

Deliver outstanding customer service in line with companies 'Secure', 'keep' and 'nurture' approach to customer growth and retention mantra

Capture anonymised and relevant data during the sales process so that we effectively monitor our position with the leasing space

Be able to manage any complaints making sure to be compliant, empathetic and effective in line with company complaints policy and procedures

**KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS: ..
  • Discernible experience in a regulated and non-regulated Contract Hire environment

A proven track record in the sales space preferably within the automotive sector

Strong objection handling and cross sales skills to create 'best outcomes'

Be ambitious, enthusiastic and a motivated as well as a strong team member

It skills - Excel, Word and Quotation systems
