This pivotal role requires a comprehensive understanding of U.S. and international business practices, given our diverse global client base in the United States, Europe and Asia. The candidate must possess the legal right to work in the EU without any visa requirements.

    Role Overview

    We are hiring a full-time, in-person Account Executive to join our team at Ultralytics. This vital role involves managing inbound software license requests from Our goal is to license our open-source AI models under commercial usage rights, enabling companies to integrate YOLO models and Ultralytics source code into their products and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ranging from single-person startups to multinational Fortune 500 companies.
    • Develop flexible pricing strategies tailored to accommodate diverse client needs.
    • Handle inbound requests efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and offer optimal licensing solutions.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Proven experience in B2B SaaS and/or software licensing sales.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM to manage and track sales leads and customer interactions effectively.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to design creative pricing strategies.
    • Native-level English proficiency, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
