We are looking for highly motivated self-starters to expand a team of Mortgage Sales Associates in a rapidly expanding FinTech company based in Cardiff city centre.
This five star, award winning, FinTech company is serious about getting the best deal for customers and is set on redefining the future of the mortgage industry.
No more paperwork, lengthy meetings or filing cabinets in sight You will be the face of the business, the first to interact with new customers, helping them find the best deal that is right for them and supporting them through on of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives.

Location:
Cardiff City Centre with opportunity for hybrid working (2 days from home / 3 days office) following completion of training
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with option for weekend overtime available.

So what does the Mortgage Sales Associate role involve?
You'll join a close-knit team of people where you'll immediately make an impact, in this fast paced FinTech Mortgage role
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a pipeline of business prospects, whether starting their home journey or remortgaging their existing home
- Hitting key sales performance targets; driving customer conversion through critical funnel stages (e.g., converting prospects into leads)
- Executing on key sales activities within defined time frames for each customer (e.g., speed in responding to a new prospect)
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences by successfully responding to questions and queries, and developing the requisite product and market knowledge to do so effectively
- Ability to understand the customer's timeframes and objectives and have a flexible approach to meet the customer's needs.
- Constantly looking to improve the customer experience by providing input to the product, sales, and revenue operations teams and testing solutions
- Have 12 months in a proactive sales or telesales role
- High degree of ownership and an atcause attitude
- Highly motivated; a selfstarter with a strong customer focus
- Flexible in approach with an agile mentality
- Organised with strong time management skills
- Hungry to learn and willing to embrace the financial services industry
- Ambitions to progress your career in a forwardthinking company
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to engage with customers from a variety of backgrounds.
- A team player, happy to cover for colleagues and working as a collaborative team
