- As part of being a key member of our HR team you will:
- Lead the HR agenda for client areas, managing a range of annualised HR programmes.
- Drive initiatives to improve engagement, employee relations, recruitment, organisation redesign and people development for client groups.
- Provide employee relations advice and act as a lead for client areas, supporting all ER activity through to conclusion.
- Keep updated with the latest trends/innovations within HR to make recommendations and promote Panasonic initiatives.
- Develop HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and undertake project work as required.
- Work with client areas to actively support of DEI initiatives.
- Continually review and improve HR processes and services.
- Strong demonstrable track record of HR Business Partner/Generalist HR management, ideally in a Shared Services operation.
- Experience of working with a wide variety of cultures and countries.
- Experience and an interest in re-engineering and improving HR processes and managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly assimilate commercial context and challenges of client teams and deliver quality HR resolutions. What would give you the edge..
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- A self-starter able to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent is preferable.

Panasonic Business Support Europe has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the UK Shared Services team. The role will involve business partnering a variety of Panasonic European Companies ranging from our Support Functions to Sales and Marketing for Business to Business.This is a UK based role, supporting pan European domains, collaborating with the senior management and European HR teams to fully understand the key business drivers and needs. The successful candidate will develop and facilitate measurable successful business performance.
This role offers the ideal candidate the breadth of a true generalist role, involving relationship management, planning, solution implementation, proactive support and operational design, delivery and facilitation. You will contribute to and develop organisation structures, demonstrating a knowledge of the commercial realities and deliverables of the business units supported by the role. Any intervention must be fully aligned with the Domains business and management strategy. You will also be fully engaged in all aspects of people change management and will enable your business with people plans and strategies.
