As a leading care agency specialising in temporary recruitment Nurseplus are looking for Children's and Young People Support Worker's.You should be highly motivated, committed and have a genuine interest in delivering the highest quality of care for children and young people.
With Nurseplus you will work across a variety of settings including Mental Health, Autism, Challenging behaviour, Education and Residential.Your job role as a Children and Young People's Support Worker will involve you working closely with children in care and putting them at the centre of everything you do.
Your day to day role will require you to support them in all aspects of their lives such as educational pursuits, hobbies and activitiesYour experience and support will be influential in developing and contributing towards positive outcomes to help shape the future of children and young people.

Responsibilities of a Children and Young People's
Support Worker:
To support, safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children and young people
Assist with daily routines which may include working in the community and/or educational setting
Offer high levels of supervision and support
Working in line with Ofsted
Contributing to the young person's care plans and risk assessments, their review and implementation
What Nurseplus needs from you as a Children and Young Peoples
Support Worker:
A minimum of 6 months experience working within a child and/or young adults setting
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
Desirable - Diploma 3 / 4 qualification in Health and Social Care/ Residential Care
