Duties:

Carry out a appointments with clients to discuss their mortgage needs and financial goalsProvide expert advice and guidance on mortgage options, rates, and termsEvaluate clients' financial information to determine their eligibility for mortgage loansCollaborate with lenders and case managers to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applicationsStay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in mortgage products and servicesBuild and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and other industry professionalsSkills and experience:Strong knowledge of financial services, particularly in the mortgage and specialist finance industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholdersAbility to analyse financial information and perform basic math calculations2+ years in mortgage advising, skilled in various loan types.
