We are looking for an enthusiastic content creator to join our busy design team, and create content to be shown to national and international audiences.

This role will be working 3 days per week (Or 20 hours split across other days).

We want someone who has a passion for social media, and an excellent understanding of the latest trends, styles and ideas across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

While formal experience isn't necessarily required, The suitable person must be confident and experienced taking high quality photographs and filming short-form video to a high standard.

What will my day look like?
The main element of your role will be creating eye-catching, on-brand social media content for our various brands.

You will take ownership of a content shoot from start to finish.

Daily tasks will include working to briefs, devising creative, engaging content ideas, planning photography and short form video shoots and sourcing props, working alongside the Projects and Design team.

You will style set ups, either in our studio or on location, arrange lighting and be confident in taking photographs and filming content.

You will utilise your experience in editing short form content on Instagram and Tiktok and sourcing trending sounds and music as someone completely immersed in social media styles, trends and functionality, and share ideas and best practices with the wider team.

Experience in retouching photos in Lightroom and Photoshop would be beneficial. Plus, experience of Adobe CS Suite, Sketch / Figma would be beneficial, but not essential.

Produce Social content from concept to final production and release

Image Editing (Including Canva and similar tools)
Video Editing (Including on mobile)
Styling
Creative ideas and understanding of social trends
Ability to adapt style dependent on brand look and feel
Enthusiasm for social media and content creation
Client facing and able to interpret a brief
