Manager opportunity offering long-term career progression to Director within a modern growing Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Practice.

THE COMPANY

This growing Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Practice has an established presence in Central Lancashire and is renowned as a leading advisor to owner-managed and family-owned SME's.

The firm has expanded its client base consistently year on year and developeda strong team to provide Accountancy, Tax and Business Advisory solutions to small businesses across Preston, Fylde and Central Lancashire.

The firm's clients operate in a variety of industry sectors and range in size from c.£50k t/o to £5m t/o.

THE OPPORTUNITY

A Manager opportunity has arisen which will offer long-term career progression to Director and a leadership role within the practice.

As a Manager you will oversee a portfolio of SME and Owner-Managed businesses, supported by a team of experienced ClientAccountants and Bookkeepers.

Your focus will be on overseeing the delivery of solutions to clients and growing your client portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities will involve:

Overseeing the delivery of Accounts, Tax, Management Accounts, Bookkeeping and Payroll solutions to a portfolio of SME and Owner-Managed businesses
Managing client relationships and seeking referrals and opportunities to provide new services and advice
Staff management across the practice
Growing your client portfolio

THE PERSON
You will be an Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following:

ACA / ACCA Qualified (or Qualified by Experience)
Background within Accountancy Practice (minimum c. 7 years experience)
Significant experience of working with and advising SME and Owner-Managed businesses
Strong client communication and relationship management skills
Leadership and Management qualities
