We have an attractive opportunity within an established, L500 firm for a Locum Head of Family to start in April for 3 months in duration.

The OpportunityOur client, a long established, full-service law firm, is seeking a Locum Head of Family Solicitor to cover a private family caseload starting from April. The firm require somebody to join them for 3 months until they recruit on a permanent basis.

The firm are flexible and are open to the Locum Head of Family Solicitor working on a hybrid basis after the first couple of weeks in the office.

They are open to the locum working 4 or 5 days per week.

Responsibilities
The Locum would be responsible for a private family caseload to include:

Separation
Divorce
Arrangements for Children
Financial settlements
Injunctions
Pre-Marriage planning

Experience handling busy caseloads of private family matters
