    The FirmA Legal 500, leading law firm are seeking a Float Legal Secretary to support various departments in their London office.

    The OpportunityThe successful Float Legal Secretary will provide secretarial and administrative support to a range of Fee Earners, mainly in their Property department.

    This role will cover absences, holiday, and overflow of work from all departments.

    Managing Fee Earners diary and inboxAssisting with bookings for conferences and restaurantsTaking telephone calls and messages for Fee EarnersDocument production and reformatting documentsPreparing and sending out correspondenceE-filing and Paper filingArchiving of files and documentsPreparing posting slips for monies coming in and going outPreparing Probate Information SheetsAmending Excel AccountsBilling - preparing billing guides and drafting bills.

    This Float Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday
    • Friday, 9:30am 5:30pm.
