the food manufacturing industry? If so, this opportunity with our client, a well-established food manufacturer could be the right contract for you.

You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the company.

Supporting the site director, you will provide hands-on support, mentoring, and leadership to the team leaders on site.

Your industry knowledge and leadership skills will be invaluable in guiding site operations and fostering a positive work environment.

You will oversee and streamline end-to-end manufacturing operations on site.

Coaching and inspiring the team, fostering a proactive work culture


Requirements:

• Ability to start within the next week
• Available to stay in Scotland Monday to Friday
• Proven previous experience in a similar contract position within the food manufacturing industry
• Availability for a 6 month contract
