THE ROLE


The objective is that through intuitive and efficient resourcing strategies you uphold the Ted Baker brand image, to deliver the company mission statement, and to act as an ambassador for the Brand, committed to demonstrate our key core values.

You will display excellent communication and organisational skills to ensure recruitment campaigns and activity is supported in an effective and prompt manner, utilising the best brand aligned sources to recruit and reducing time to fill to minimise skills and resource gaps.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting line managers in search for high calibre talent, designing and implementing sourcing strategies.
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coaching managers where required and collaborating with L&D when necessary, for example, in the preparation and delivery of coaching on the usage of LinkedIn, and delivering coaching on 'Interview Best Practice.'.
  • Managing the hiring process from vacancy briefing to offer In a timely and organised manner.
  • Managing the process related to Internal Transfers, Secondments, and Promotions from interview through to offer.
  • All recruitment related administration including new supplier user forms, writing copy for adverts, and supporting managers to develop job specs etc.
  • Supporting with the facilitation of recruitment events where required.
  • Ensuring thorough training of hiring managers so that interviewees are given a positive yet accurate impression of life at Ted and positive experience at all touchpoints.

TOOLS OF THE TRADE

  • In house or agency recruitment experience
  • Familiar with recruitment systems/platforms
