    Social Media Manager (SMM)

    Job type:

    Full-Time, Permanent

    Salary:

    GBP32,000 to GBP40,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus bonus structure

    About the role:

    The Social Media Manager will oversee social media campaigns which include but are not limited to research, campaign & content creation, execution, monitoring, and reporting. The SMM will need to be creative, proactive, and happy to be accountable with a focus on engagement/results.

    About you:

    • The ability to think laterally and be open-minded; stimulate, motivate and educate
    • Proven pedigree of social media/content marketing success
    • At home planning, being a strategic thinker and innovative
    • Experience including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, YouTube
    • Knowledge of analytics software (Sprout Social, Social Report, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) as well as paid advertising campaigns
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • An excellent understanding of the wider digital industry
    • Confident communicator and presenter at all levels, ability to build strong working relationships
    • The SMM must be well organized and self-motivated while responding to the daily demands of the client

    Responsibilities:

    1. Development and implementation of agreed campaigns
    2. Management of projects from concept through to delivery
    3. Creative and constructive contributions to meetings with the confidence to challenge
    4. Liaison with key client contacts to ensure content is current and on-topic
    5. Improvement in engagement of the client's social media platforms - the focus is not on likes
    6. Initiative to utilize all assets to deliver ROI
