In-bound Call Centre Agents

Based at Head Office Maidstone. Due to growth in our business, we are now looking to strengthen our aftersales booking line and are looking for committed people to join this new team.

Full-time/part-time considered.

You will be working within an office-based environment using a management system to book vehicles for Service/Repair for our busy Ford Commercial Centre at Maidstone.

The role will require good communication skills and the ability to be comfortable in dealing with vehicle bookings.
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working as a team and dealing with customers, with a viewto enhance our customer retention.
The essential requirements for this role include an excellent telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. Essential is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experiencein a call centre environment would be beneficial, although full training will be given using our Management System.
