    Job Description

    As the Workplace Experience Coordinator you will act as the communications hub for queries being received from Colleagues or perhaps from other departmental personnel working in the building. As a key point of contact, the Experience Coordinator needs to have a positive demeanor, making interactions with Colleagues and ISS Placemakers alike an enjoyable experience.

    Key Responsibilities


    •Taking emails and calls from Colleagues with tickets

    •Logging all items on FMS with proper coding and closing all tickets or transferring accordingly

    •Ensuring accurate logs of all floor visits are kept

    •Completing reports and supporting ad hoc requests, support the hosts when needed with preparation of reports

    •Ensures that time commitments from the hosting team supporting workplace activations on site are tracked

    •Manage Colleague concerns received in line with general standards

    •Train other team members on the role and requirements to ensure coverage in absence

    •Assist the Facilities Manager with Facilities related duties

    •Stand in for the Facilities Manager when they are unavailable

    Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


    •Minimum 3-5 years customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients

    •High School or College Degree

    •Proven track record of providing stellar customer service

    •Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment

    •High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point applications, knowledge in property management / Condeco systems a plus

    •Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication
