    CRM MANAGER (E-commerce)

    £40,000 - £60,000

    HYBRID - LONDON

    This is a D2C eCommerce brand in the health and wellness space

    THE ROLE

    As a CRM Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

    • Own the segmentation and deployment of email and SMS campaigns
    • End-to-end ownership of the monthly campaign calendar
    • Implement CRM Strategies to improve the lifetime value of customers
    • Liaise with agencies on campaign builds
    • Work collaboratively across the business to create and plan effective comms
    • Cover the whole member lifecycle

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Email Marketing experience is essential
    • Retail & E-commerce experience is also essential
    • Experience executing campaigns via various channels
    • Start-up experience
    • Experience using ESPs
