    We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our dynamic team as a Support Engineer.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to resolve customer issues, contribute to improving our product offerings, and enhance user experience.

    The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, with practical experience in C#, Angular, and SQL.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
    Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
    Proficiency in C#, Angular, and SQL
    Provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting and resolving software issues promptly and effectively
    Assist in the testing and validation of software updates and new features to ensure they meet quality standards
    Assist in training and onboarding new support team members as needed
