We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor who has sales and customer service experience to join their team, taking inbound calls from their customer base who wish to register their newly bought appliances.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers who need helpUsing your wit, charm and best sales patter to upsell our products
Building rapport with our customers and getting to know their needs
Helping each customer find the protection package for them
Youll work a flexible 37.5-hour shift across the following hours: 20:00, Saturdays: 08:00
18:00 and Sundays: 09:00
23,000 plus bonus earnings of £8700
Our client will provide you with training, you just need to provide your customer service experience and sales knowledge and Im sure you will be a great match.
