- A 360 Recruitment role - managing client and candidate relationships alike
- Running your own desk - this is your business and you're given the freedom to be creative
- Very client facing - you're encouraged to meet stakeholders face to face as much as possible
- A MINIMUM of 1 years recruitment experience ideally within finance, HR or business support (there can be flexibility on this for the right person)
- A proven track record of billings within a 360 role
- A down to earth personality - culture is really important for these guy
- Depending on experience, basic salaries typically between 30k and 40k
- Commission schemes which go up to 40% of billings
- Hybrid work setup - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week

We are delighted to be working with one of the leading Finance, HR and Business Support recruitment agencies across the UK. Our client has been established for over 30 years and has approximately 50 people in their central London office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join a company where training and ongoing support is at the centre of everything they do. This is the perfect role for somebody who has built somewhere between 1 and 3 years worth of experience and is now looking for a new home to really kick on with their career.
