Do you want to learn and take a detailed approach into supporting projects and managing documentation?

Join our Business Support Shared Services Team as our new Apprentice Document Controller and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.

As our new Apprentice Document Controller you will be fully supported as you study towards Level 3 in Business Administration (18 months).

Working with a project team to ensure documents are issued to client deadlines
QA checking documents to ensure compliant with project protocols and numbering convention
Project set up for document control and roll out
Setting up new users on projects with correct access
Project closedown and archiving
Act as the main point of contact for a designated project

Train engineers on document management software so they can find project information and understand how a project is run by the client.

Studying through the apprenticeship levy, we invite you to join us as part of our Administration Shared Services Team for the UK.

Grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and mathematics
Able to focus on business needs and set high standards for quality
Able to take responsibility for actions and projects
Good time management skills to manage to deadlines
