Description
Senior UI / UX Designer is required for a growing company located in Basingstoke. They operate a hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days per week remote.
The Senior UI / UX Designer will work in close conjunction with creative and dev teams to ensure the creation of functional UIs and UX.
The Senior UI / UX Designer will be responsible for
Working with project stakeholders to identify and resolve UX issues
Determining behaviour and objective via audience and user research
Creating prototypes for usability testing
Leading usability testing sessions for prototypes
Helping improve and optimise digital products alongside performance teams
Key Experience:
Figma
Figjam
Photoshop
Illustrator
Hotjar or similar
