    ZenRows - Talent Sourcer (3 months FTC)

    Position Overview:
    This is a 3 months fix term contract.

    We're looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Team and help us reach our ambitious growth plans.

    We are an early stage tech startup, with a current headcount of 18 ambitious people, looking to grow to 40+ by the end of this year.

    You will be responsible for sourcing active and passive talent globally, building strong candidate pipelines for current and future (tech & non tech).

    You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining various activity reports, templates, etc.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Sourcing:
    Lead talent sourcing activities including research, market intelligence and mapping, direct outreaches, networking. Provide pre-qualified candidates to recruiters to interview.


    Candidates Attraction:
    Engage with active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, Job boards, social media, etc

    Pipelining:
    Build a candidate pipeline via direct sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse ATS for current and future roles

    Reporting:
    Utilise metrics to gauge recruitment strategy effectiveness, suggest improvements, and keep data integrity through reporting tools and systems. Additionally, you'll craft reports from scratch to ensure comprehensive tracking of our talent sourcing / recruiting efforts.


    Team work:

    Collaborate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule interviewsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of sourcing / recruiting experience, preferably within an early stage / pre seed startup environment.

    Knowledge of Boolean searches and creative talent sourcing methods. Ability to build strong & diverse talent pipelines across various roles and levels.
    Experience with Greenhouse ATS platform is essential.
    Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and competing demandsStrong reporting skills and attention to details.
    Experience with coordinating / scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
