About The Service

The Quality and Performance Team provide performance data, management information and quality assurance to the teams within the Housing and Communities Directorate.

This includes Responsive Repairs, Voids Management, Compliance and The Building improvement Unit


About the job

The information handled by the team supports building safety and compliance and ensures an accurate record of current, previous, and future works in our council properties and any activities or documentation surrounding those works, such as inspections, surveys and certification.


The role involves producing a variety of reports, using large data sets that are taken from a collection of systems and databases.

The team are responsible for ensuring information across the different systems is captured accurately and is in line with the processes set out by each operational team.

Reports produced by the team are also used to enable performance management of our internal teams and external contractors.
