We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Management Graduate to join our team in Scotland.
You'll be joining our established team who help to make communities more resilient through smarter asset management, by addressing clients' unique needs throughout the water infrastructure lifecycle.
We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, and innovative solutions to their performance issues.
An important part of your role will be to identify wider improvement opportunities for clients to reduce risk and/or improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
You will also build internal and external relationships to influence client's strategic thinking and raise the profile of our Asset Management group, with the overall aim of building and growing the Stantec business.
About you
As an individual, you'll be a strategic thinker with a keen interest in asset management as well as:
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- A confident communicator, who can engage well with clients both in a facetoface setting and virtually
- Eligible to live and work in the UK at the time you start employment.
Desired but not essential:
- Work experience working within asset management
- Msc in Asset Management
