    We are looking ::: for a Recruitment Manager- TA, who would be responsible for the complete recruiting activities for EU/UK locations.

    Work Mode: Hybrid (3days WFO)

    Responsibilities:

    • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business goals and IT staffing needs.
    • Team Management: Oversee and lead a small team of recruiters and HR professionals, ensuring they are effective in their roles.
    • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and engage potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the company's technical and cultural requirements.
    • Interviewing: Conduct interviews with potential candidates, especially for critical roles, to assess their technical skills, experience, and fit within the organization.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.
    • Compliance: Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations in Europe to ensure the company's recruitment processes comply with legal requirements.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with IT hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
    • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice in the IT sector, both locally and internationally, to attract high-quality candidates. Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
    • Data Analysis: Use data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve hiring strategies.
    • Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
    • Offer Negotiation: Handle salary negotiations and offer extensions to selected candidates.
    • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience ( prefer 7 + years ) as a Recruiting Manager/ a Leader in the Tech/Telecom Industry hiring
    • Leading a team of recruiters based out of different regions and also playing an Individual Contributor role
    • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, handling recruitment Ramp-up Projects,
    • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
    • Knowledge of labor legislation, GDPR regulations
    • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
    • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks based hiring
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
    • Strong decision-making skills & Stake Holder Management skills
