We are delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a HR Business Partner to join a National company headquartered in Newcastle to cover a 12 Month Maternity cover.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for creating that commercial alliance with the business and to act as a coach, to embed a culture of high performance and support business success.
The HRBP will foster and develop trusted relationships with business managers through demonstrating role model behaviours; collaborative partnering, commercial thinking acute knowledge of employment legislation, and being a passionate and agile deliverer.
- Partner with managers and act as coach to support development
- Contribute to and support the Head of HR with strategic planning and delivery an operational level.
- Work closely with the L&D team to cocreate hipotential and succession plans and programmes.
- Work closely with Payroll & HR admin to ensure a seamless service is delivered to the division within acceptable SLA's
- Share best practice and learning with other HRBPs across the group, to support their CPD and ensure consistency in management of cases.
- Manage ER cases with the support of the HOST team and provide regular updates using business acumen to reach solutions
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER cases.
- Support managers to understand what drives colleague engagement and develop divisional programmes to enhance this.
- Support business change and organisational design.
- Build a culture of inclusivity and diversity through delivery of strategic programmes. Role model behaviours and support others through coaching and mentoring.
- Develop key working relationships with the talent team to help, recognise talent and support crossdivisional career development.
- Develop existing reporting and MI and provide analysis on key HR trends with solutions and plans to address issues.
- Support key HR matrix and I&D programmes across the group.
- Be an ambassador of the HR function through professionalism and practice.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and current legislation (e.g. market regulation).
- Other duties as reasonably requested by the Head of HR.
This is a full time position for a period of 12 months. Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience.
