The Role:

An opportunity has arisen to join our multi - skilled Bereavement Services Team.

We're keen to recruit staff that are committed to develop, improve and deliver a high quality service to the Bereaved and its Partners.

We are looking for a keen, customer -focused enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach to work. Willing to contribute to and be a part of a team committed to the provision of quality bereavement services.

The Applicant will have the ability to deal with the bereaved in a sympathetic and professional manner. Have good customer care skills and a positive attitude towards work.

Ability to work in a demanding environment and to tight timescales while ensuring a very high standard of work is produced.

This role is permanent, full time 37 hours per week, working flexibly Monday to Friday

  • Experience of cemeteries and crematorium registration, legislation, practices and procedures
  • Experience in the supervision of staff
  • Experience of computerized management and administration support systems and the ability to operate computer hardware and software systems
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
