Contract:
Permanent, Full Time


Currently working with a manufacturing company based in Rednal, who are looking for an inhouse bookkeeper to join their busy team.

Managing books, processing invoices, chasing debts. Looking for someone with that solid Bookkeeper background ready to start a new challenge.


Main duties include:

  • Overseeing day to day books
  • Processing and paying invoices.
  • Chasing aged debts
  • HMRC returns
  • VAT returns
  • Cash allocation
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparation of accounts for external auditors
  • Recording and amending any inconsistencies or discrepancies
  • Liaising internally as well as externally
  • Assisting finance team with any other duties
  • Have a strong background in Bookkeeping.
  • Experience using Sage.
  • Experience using Xero.
  • Short notice period(desirable)
