- Accountable to ensure Quality standards are adhered to during the product life-cycle during the manufacturing process.
- Manage inventory levels in the Module in line with set targets and business goals and objectives.
- Lead, and demonstrate effective utilisation of the Production Team to achieve all designated tasks by ensuring schedules and goals are met.
- Initiate plans and processes which minimise manufacturing costs through effective utilisation of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
- Manage staff selection, performance, development and training processes to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach business goals and expectations.
- Confident to problem solve, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Good degree of computer skills, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement techniques.
