    We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built in an industry that is notorious for the highest calibre and are looking for someone who can play an integral role in the continued success of the team.

    You will be supporting a fast-paced, generalist desk (currently 6 people) working with experienced consultants servicing a broad client base across Hedge Funds and the wider Investment Management industry.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Foster strong candidate relationships through effective communication and support.

    Building out talent maps for internal useBooking interviews and conducting interview preparationAttending client meetings alongside consultantsUndertake all necessary administrative duties to streamline operations and supportthe team.

    Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hedge fund industry toEffectively match candidates with specific mandates.
    Maintain accurate records and databases.


    Qualifications and skills:
    Graduate from a top-level university.
    Previous experience in Recruitment - Resourcing, or Sales Support is advantageous but not essential.
    Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted role.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
