Role Purpose:


Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with a preapproved panel of Introducers to provide quick, accurate and reliable updates
  • Ensure customer account records are kept up to date with underwriter decisions and correct packaging documents
  • Complete telephone security checks with Customers
  • Following approval, liaise with solicitors regarding the release of funds and registration of charges with Land Registry
  • Adhere to internal underwriting policy and regulatory requirements
  • FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime, Data Protection etc
  • Undertake project and adhoc pieces of work at management request

Skills and Experience Sought:

Essential Experience

  • Previous new business, customer service or administration exposure
  • Working within a regulated environment
  • Managing and prioritising own workload
  • Liaising with Introducers and/or external customers
Desirable Experience

  • Has worked in a mortgage or loans environment
  • CeMAP qualified
