Role Purpose:
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with a preapproved panel of Introducers to provide quick, accurate and reliable updates
- Ensure customer account records are kept up to date with underwriter decisions and correct packaging documents
- Complete telephone security checks with Customers
- Following approval, liaise with solicitors regarding the release of funds and registration of charges with Land Registry
- Adhere to internal underwriting policy and regulatory requirements
- FCA, PRA, Money Laundering, Prevention of Financial Crime, Data Protection etc
- Undertake project and adhoc pieces of work at management request
Skills and Experience Sought:
Essential Experience
- Previous new business, customer service or administration exposure
- Working within a regulated environment
- Managing and prioritising own workload
- Liaising with Introducers and/or external customers
- Has worked in a mortgage or loans environment
- CeMAP qualified
