- Provide medical leadership and guidance to ensure the clinical accuracy and relevance of the clients products and services.
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate medical insights into the design and development process.
- Stay educated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Serve as a medical subject matter expert for internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Participate in external engagements, including conferences, webinars, and industry events, to promote leadership and expertise.
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution; board certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience
- Demonstrated experience in medical leadership or medical affairs roles within Health Tech
- Strong understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and execute clinical evidence strategies to support product validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
