Sales Executive

Hybrid role

Full time, permanent

£23,000 - £26,250


The company provides office, co-working and retail spaces to a range of impact organisations, including charities, non-profits, social enterprises and B Corps.

With 21 UK Centres, they are looking for a Sales Executive to help attract more vibrant and inspiringorganisation into their buildings.


This is a Hybrid role, and you can choose which of the following centres to be based in, Oxford (OX4), London (E2) or Bristol (BS4 or BS2).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Initial point of contact for new enquiries, selling all space within the company centres.
  • Responding to enquiries and maintaining regular communication with clients until space is found to meet their needs.
  • Negotiating lease terms.
  • Keeping online listings and some website pages up to date.
  • Outbound lead generation (no cold calling).
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the team.
  • Space promotion activity.
  • Conducting occasional viewings.
  • Supporting the delivery of our digital and SEO strategy.
  • Collaborating within Sales, Operations and the PR & Marketing Teams on our wider strategy and offer

ABOUT YOU:


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organised and efficient
  • Good attention to detail
  • An understanding of a 'soft sales' approach
  • Good negotiation skills
  • A good level of IT literacy
  • Some understanding of the needs of the voluntary and community sector.
