Are you an available immediately Finance Assistant looking to join a fast paced organisation based in South Side of Glasgow for a fixed term 6 month contract ? If so then please get in touch we would love to hear from you.


  • Bank Account reconciliation
  • Treasury Management
  • Purchase Invoices processing
  • Sales Invoices
  • Purchase Card Administration
  • Other finance duties as required


The core skills are administration, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel as well as a working knowledge of using finance accounting software.

You must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), which is key to interacting with our customers, contractors, colleagues and other external agencies.

Working effectively and efficiently, both within a team setting and on your own and demonstrating an ability to make informed decisions is crucial to this role.
