    We wish to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Teacher and Leader to join our supportive team and make a significant difference to our students through their work.

    The post offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop the curriculum and innovative practice in teaching and learning.     We prioritise staff and student wellbeing and have realistic policies for feedback, two data captures a year and a centralised detention system. We recognise staff and student achievement and provide tailored CPD programmes which have been recognised in the Gold Award from the Teacher Development Trust.

    The English department is well-resourced and forward thinking in curriculum and teaching approaches. Good progress has been made in establishing a bank of good quality resources which teachers can adapt to meet the needs of their students. The department has access to high quality external support.
