The Role:
- A capable Business Services Administrator is required by Fileder Filter Systems to efficiently support the BST Team who are responsible for the legal, financial and HR functions of the business; focusing primarily, but not limited to, HR. Good housekeeping and strong, competent administration are vital and key in assisting the Company achieve their success._
Responsibilities
- To prepare and log all relevant HR documentation, including contracts and job specifications
- To maintain personnel records, including that data for computerised wages, holiday schedules and records of sickness and absenteeism, whilst administrating the general personnel needs of the Company
- Assist with the daytoday administration of HR related tasks including reviews, personnel files, onboarding
- Maintain good housekeeping of the HR Portal (currently Sage People)
- To oversee the administration and coordinator of the company training needs; from setting of schedules, diary management, booking of rooms, supplying necessary training materials and supporting the trainer
- Any relevant training assessments (tests) will need to be produced, distributed and results logged
- Produce engaging PowerPoint training material to ensure training can be delivered in an engaging manner
- To produce data as required by the BST Team and managers
- Develop in the role and deliver a wellrounded administration service, which supports the BST Team with general duties, including document management
- To support the HR Coordinator and the rest of the BST Team during busy periods and absence
- To carry out any reasonable instructions given by management for the benefit of the Company
The Person
We are looking for someone with excellent administration and organisational skills as it is essential that the Business Services Administrator can work efficiently and accurately, to meet the needs of both the company and, our biggest and most important asset, our people.
As the Business Services Team (BST) is responsible for providing the company's HR, this person must be diplomatic, tolerant and considerate of different views whilst retaining professionalism, confidentiality and sensitivity at the same time as upholding Company policies, practices and legal obligations.
The skillset required:
- The ability to plan and prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Adaptable and flexible in order to cope with a variable workload
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work confidentially and sensitively
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- CRM / database experience is beneficial
- Good business acumen
- Knowledge of HR practices is beneficial but not essential
- Educated preferably to Alevel, with strong English skills being essential
- Ability to work both alone and within a team structure
- First Aid at Work Certificate would be advantageous
- Eligible to work in the UK
Please note, Fileder operate on a strict in-person, in-office policy, and applicants wishing for remote or flexible working will therefore not be considered. This role operates on site on Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm._

£26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
