The role

Multi skilled fencer - carrying out fencing and groundworks to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.**
Key Requirements

  • Install, repair and maintain various types of fencing including wood, chain link, and concrete.
  • Undertake fencing inspections and provide comprehensive report as to what works resource and timescales are required.
  • Have the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Collaborate with team members to execute projects in residential properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
- work on various general maintenance tasks as required


Skills & experience

  • Proven experience and qualifications as a multi trade fencer with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
  • Proven experience in the installation, repair and maintenance of various types of fencing
  • Strong knowledge of fencing systems, materials, principles and equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Competency or qualified in additional trades such as ground works, carpentry etc
